Personal Data Protection Law

Pursuant to the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”), your personal data will be processed by our Company, acting as the Data Controller, in connection with business purposes, within the framework explained below, by being used, recorded, stored, updated, transferred, and/or classified. In this context, in accordance with the Law and related regulations enacted to protect fundamental rights and freedoms—primarily the right to privacy—and to ensure the protection of personal data, our Company takes all necessary technical and administrative measures to provide an appropriate level of security in order to prevent unlawful processing of personal data, prevent unlawful access, and ensure their safeguarding.

The target audience of this text consists of all real persons whose personal data are processed by our Company, excluding our employees and job applicants.

As a data controller, the personal data processed include, but are not limited to, the following:
Name, surname, Turkish ID number, address, phone number, email address, signature, physical premises/security camera recordings, call center/service quality voice recordings, bank account number, and cookie records.

Purposes and Legal Grounds for Processing Personal Data
Your personal data shared by you may be processed for the following purposes, including but not limited to:

  • Enabling you and/or the institutions and organizations you represent to benefit from the products and services offered by our Company; determining and implementing our Company’s commercial and business strategies; carrying out marketing activities; and conducting business development and planning activities,

  • Carrying out administrative operations related to communication conducted by our Company,

  • Ensuring the physical security and supervision of the locations used by our Company,

  • Establishing relationships with business partners/customers/suppliers (authorized persons or employees),

  • Ensuring compliance with contractual requirements and financial reconciliation related to products and services provided jointly with our business partners, suppliers, or other third parties,

  • Carrying out our Company’s human resources policies,

  • Contacting our Company’s call center or using our website, and/or

  • Participating in training programs, seminars, or events organized by our Company.
